Cocamide DEA (Cocamide Diethanolamine) is a non-ionic surfactant derived from coconut fatty acids. It functions primarily as a foam booster, viscosity modifier, and stabilizing agent in liquid cleaning formulations and personal care preparations. Often utilized as a co-surfactant, Cocamide DEA helps enhance foam density, improve product texture, and stabilize lather in systems containing primary anionic surfactants. It is widely used across hair care formulations, cleaning products, and pet care preparations such as pet shampoos.
